Read and consider carefully the terms and conditions prior to finalising your purchase, including terms and conditions relating to privacy, returns, refunds and exchanges. Please email hello@schoolblazer.com.au for request to return a garment or item. When your request to return is approved, you will be provided with a Return Approval Number and details of return postage, where to send your garments/items and information setting out the responsibility for associated shipping costs for returned items.
Returns
Please contact our store via email prior to returning any garment. We do not guarantee all return orders will the accepted for refund or exchange. You must email us for a return approval number prior to posting your garment back to us. At this time we will consider if postage is to be paid by you, the customer, or us, School Blazer AustraliaTM. This will depend on the reason for returning, our agreement with you, or requirements under Australian consumer rights and guarantees.
We generally offer a store credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your return order and accepting the return per our terms and conditions. Any items posted after this time may be denied as we want to process all returns in reasonable time frame for both the customer and our business.
Items must be returned in their original condition including all tags still attached.
Once School Blazer AustraliaTM has received your package, all returned items will be inspected before a store credit or refund is issued.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy is in addition to any rights and/or guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that the return postage and associated shipping costs for returned items are usually at the cost of the customer for incorrect choice or change of mind. Terms & conditions of the return shipment, including the shipping costs associated, will be advised to you via email along with a return approval number if your return request is accepted. Ensure you have this information and the return approval number prior to posting us the garment(s) or item(s) that you are returning.
We reserves the right to deny a return if the items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. Any soiled or damaged item(s) may be returned to sender at the sender's expense. You will be notified via email if any returned item is not suitable for a store credit or refund.
In circumstances where School Blazer AustraliaTM has paid for shipping of a returned item, and the return is denied due to the item(s) being damaged or soiled, we will charge you the return postage cost plus an inconvenience fee of $30.00. Please ensure returned garments meet the criteria above.
Postage cost for any return shipment that is at the cost of the customers is non-refundable.
We advise customer returning items to return the items through trackable/traceable mail. School Blazer AustraliaTM cannot issue a credit or refund on the return items that are not received back by us. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Exchanges
Please note that we may not be able to process an exchange for you because many of our products are one off, exclusives, custom bulk buys or other customised orders. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item(s), you may be required to place a new order where minimum order quantities may apply.
Sale Items
In general, return of sale item(s) is/are not accepted for return, for store credit, refund or exchange, unless we are required to do so under Australian Consumer rights and guarantees.
