Our Refund Policy

Our refund policy is to helpfully comply with the protections afforded to customers under the Australian Consumer Law. Your consumer rights are set out in full on the ACCC website. 

Consumers have rights and guarantees included in the Australian Consumer Law. As an Australian business, School Blazer Australia^TM must meet a consumer's set of basic rights when we sell products or services. These basic rights are called consumer guarantees. If you are a consumer, you automatically receive these consumer guarantees when they buy our goods and services.
